Informal call followed by poorly scheduled interviews consisting of repeated blatant disrespect of the applicant's time, assignments with no prior indication, zero acknowledgement or follow up unless prompted. I was ultimately rejected for my prior experience not including core valuation. This was something that was apparent from my CV which was one of the first things I shared with the employer. However they decided to reject me based on this after having me go through three phone interviews and one surprise assignment and a lot of wasted time and effort.
