I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kroger (Cincinnati, OH) in Aug 2016
Interview
very short, drug test included. Interviewer changed times on me and was also late for our scheduled time. They are short handed so they'll hire almost anyone, working in clicklist you have to meet deadlines on when customers pick up their groceries within the chosen time slot, I don't think other departments understand that you have hard deadlines to make, when you have enough employees working it usually goes smoothly, if you're short handed, you'll get behind and your day gets stressful very quick.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kroger (Athens, GA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Easy! It wasn’t hard to get an interview, they contacted me within a few days. We did an over the phone interview, and then a face to face. They both went well! Asked questions that made me really think.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kroger
Interview
The process was short once in the interview. You have to apply online and it can take a few weeks for them to contact. Higher hourly wage if past experience.
Great, they do a phone interview first and explain the starting pay. Then if you are still interested they set up an interview with the store hiring and then send a email confirmation with info.
