I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen a week or two after applying. From there, we scheduled a call with the hiring manager. After that, I was invited into the office for 3 half hour interviews with the team. Overall, the process was very transparent, and the communication from my recruiter was wonderful. I knew where I was in the process at all times, and it really made me feel respected by the company. A few days after my onsite interview, they called me with an offer. I got a very good feeling when I went through this process and from everyone I met, so I was happy to accept.
