I applied on line and at the end of the application i scheduled an interview . when i went in for the interview i talked to the hiring manager and he asked me some basic interview questions and when we were done he sent me to this place for a drug test, a week later I started working.

What do you do when you see someone stealing from the store?
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.
simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
