I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Klickly in Dec 2025
Interview
They only gave me 48 hours to prepare for an interview (emailed me at the EOD on a Tuesday and the interview had to be completed by that Thursday). They then used AI to conduct the initial round interview - I found this incredibly unprofessional and lazy as it lacks effort on their part to get to know me and I was unable to ask them questions as the AI did not know any of the answers to my very basic questions. Using AI to conduct the interview made it difficult to create a conversation as it was very obvious I was talking to a computer. They then inform me at the end of the interview that they will get in touch with me "if I move on to the next round", failing to properly notice me if I did not move forward with the application. It's obvious they are embracing technology however I strongly believe using AI to scout/source employees is a huge overcorrection and does not reflect well of Klickly.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are three negative things about you/things you're not good at/something you're working on.
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Klickly in Nov 2017
Interview
Brief phone call with the supervisor for the role. Asks very basic interview questions and overall probably lasted about 20 minutes in total. Just be yourself and if you're a fit, you'll get the internship.
