The interview process included an initial screening interview, followed by a fairly labour-intensive test exercise that required significant time and effort. After that, I participated in two separate follow-up interviews with senior team members, which, due to their overlapping content and similar focus, could have been more efficiently combined into a single interview.
All great. It was a well-organized and insightful experience. Got to meet a lot of people from the team to get a better understanding of the culture. Number of steps with a home task.
5 rounds in total, first with with HR, then with the team manager, then a skills test depending on the position, and finally meeting the team and co-founder call. Team call determines if you are a good culture fit, if you get along with your potential future colleagues
