Multiple rounds of online interviews culminating in one day-long assessment centre. On arriving at the centre we were told that it was not guaranteed they would hire anyone from this round and may wait to hire from the second batch of candidates later in the year. I felt that some interviewers were genuinely lovely whilst others were...less so. Questions were designed to turn candidates against each other e'g' 'who did you think was the weakest candidate in the group task?' and overall did not seem like it would be a particularly friendly environment to work in. The advertised salary was arguably very good though.
