Kinsale Insurance Company interview questions

There is an initial phone screen and then final rounds with only one person from the sector you will be working in and the hiring manager. The phone screen is more of a "Ge to know you" while the final interview is much more technical.

Had a phone screen and then one long interview talking to a panel of 4 people. Super friendly and answered all questions. It was a pretty smooth process. I heard back pretty quickly as well.
