Interview
It was an interesting kind of interview. They didn’t ask the normals questions that we see in regular interviews. Instead they use games that can show your creativity and way of thinking. I really liked their interview process.

Interview
There was an initial 30 minute video interview with the CEO that left no time for questions at the end. About two weeks later, I was asked to come to one of their Chicago locations for a group interview/meet & greet. I thought this was odd, as I would've had to travel from out-of-state (at college) to Chicago during a pandemic. Also, the invitation for this in-person meeting came by way of phone call at 8pm (clearly not business hours). When I explained I wouldn't be able to attend anything in-person, they were courteous and agreed to another virtual meeting. However, I ended up taking a position elsewhere before this interview could be scheduled, so I can't speak to that experience.
