First interview was a case study where they ask you to forecast a new product. You get a couple days to prepare this before you present it to the hiring managers. Then there were 2 more rounds of interviews with typical situational questions.

Interview
HORRIBLE! I received and AI email for an interview. I was taking my dog on a nature walk and responded within 1 hour. The 3 time slots for 9/23 were full. I called today 9/10/24 to see if any times were opened. After 3 phone calls and being on hold then entering my phone number, I received a call back (2 hours of my time). The talent person said it was an issue on their end. I received a new email with new times for the following day 9/24. I responded within 10 seconds of the email, and the times were full. Am I applying for a position at Kenvue or trying to win a radio "call in" contest? Joke!

Interview
I received a text with several dates to choose for an interview. Everytime I selected a time, it was not available. I had to to get an appointment with a recruiter. I was taken aback when asked what have I been doing since I was unemployed. It hadn't even been a full year.
