The interview process started off very quickly, from application to final round of interview. The recruiter I was in contact with was incredibly nice, professional, and responsive. She is the only positive thing I experienced with the company. Communication completely broke down after the final round. It has been a several weeks since my final interview, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received a definitive answer. I keep being told the feedback is positive but "no final decision has been made," all while watching the company repeatedly repost and sponsor the exact same job listing on LinkedIn. It feels like candidates are being strung along as a backup option rather than given transparent answers.
