Karl Malone Auto Group interview questions

Interview was very casual which was great in making me feel comfortable. Had different members of management involved in the interview process. Was able to interact with them and get a feel for how the business runs.

Very casual. They ask relative to work questions. It was not an interrogation. They wanted to know why I was choosing car sales? I was allowed to share what I had as personal skills that would make me a good fit. They explained the pay structure.
