Smooth, you just gotta be prepared to answer questions about yourself and your experience or whatever you have going with you. English proficiency is a must as it will be very helpful for you.
Apply online. Then if progress you will be called by HR for a screening interview on the phone. If you pass this then have an interview with the trading team

Interview was very straightforward. Interview was also pretty short in terms of time. Interview was very to the point and direct. I thought these things to all be good. The questions asked were relevant.
