Took about three weeks. First there was an initial screening process followed by a phone call conference meeting as well as an in-depth email exchange with both the principal investigator and each of the research associates in the lab.
1st interview- brief interview to check my CV and resume. It was basic question and took 30 minute to finish 2st interview - Detail interview about my research result. They asked me about my reserch outcome and the meaning and application idea to their research projects
