Interview
I had an initial phone screening with a recruiter asking about my job background, salary expectations, etc. After, I had two phone interviews - one with my Managing Editor and one with the VP for Marketing. The interviews were about 1-2 weeks apart.

They just asked about my writing background, how much/how fast I can write and the quality of my writing. They asked for a link to my portfolio as well.

Interview
Interview has been quick, straightforward and insightful. Took only 15 mins and it was done via phone and Skype. Process is easy and there were only two levels of interview. Results are out right away. Just manage candidate’s expectations more properly.
