Very informal and relaxed. Simple questions about STAR type situations. There was an interview then a 3 day training session for all the mechanics after you pass the verbal interview.

I walked in she basically told me about working here. She already knew I wanted the job i had spoken with her previously and she said she would call back withing a week either way and she did saying that I was offered the job
