It is a job fair event and the employer glance at your resume then they decide to sit down for an interview on site/ or not. It was't professional interview at all. While are you answer the the interviewer, people around you is look on, kind of awkward. Anyway, I do my best to answer the question base on my experience but I never hear from them again. I have a feeling that they are looking for young staffer, between 20-25yrs old.
