Interview
I had applied online and asked for an interview by the manager but learned I was too young at the time. I was 17 years old. It was a nice, casual interview with little pressure. The manager didn't ask too many questions. I didn't end up with the job but I did feel more confident with interviews afterwards.
Very chill and relaxed. Thorough and professional. I got interviewed on the spot and offered a second the next week. They ask some unconventional questions and actually take your answers to heart.

Interview
I gave my resumé in the store and the manager told me to come on the other day for an interview. It was a group interview with 5 people. The interviewer was really nice and asked around 5 questions for everybody.

Interview
Two in person interviews with each of the managers and possibly a sales lead with varying questions about retail and your skills. A few of the questions will be about your favorite shoes and if you know what brands journeys sells.
