Interview
Super simple interview process they ask basic sales questions and feel our your personality. You usually hear back from them pretty fast. Expect basic questions like: Why do you want to work for us? Have you ever worked in retail before? What is your favorite shoe brand? Tell me about a time you worked hard to exceed a personal goal.
It includes an interview with one of their managers with behavioral and experience based interview questions. They may ask for a phone screening with a manager as well. The whole process shouldn't take more than a few weeks.

They ask about availability throughout the week and on weekends.

Interview
It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
