Jorie Healthcare Partners interview questions

Awful process, applied and then was told the role they were hiring for was actually more junior, the original JD was wrong. Got along with hiring manager and was told they wanted me to talk to one more person. That person no showed the interview with me, no communication. The second time it was also rescheduled — I was told five minutes before they wouldn’t be able to make it by the recruiter. When it was rescheduled for the third time and actually met the person, I mentioned that the recruiter said there were production issues (causing the rescheduling) and I hoped everything was okay. They said that wasn’t true and they needed to prepare for a meeting. Not sure which lied. After that interview, I followed up on next steps multiple times (1 week later, etc.) and they never responded. Completely ghosted. Most disrespectful experience I’ve ever had interviewing. Can’t imagine how they treat people who actually work here.

Quick and easy, wanted bodies they are extremely under staffed and needed help. Didn’t even really have an interview really. Met with the recruiter asked what my experience was and offered the job
