I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Jordan Automotive (Mishawaka, IN) in Jan 2015
Interview
You will talk to 4-5+ people over 2 or more hours, over multiple days, depending on who is in the office and who is not. You start with someone in HR/Administration, then move through various Managers across 3-4 car lots. They all say the same things over and over. It's as if they are trying to sell you on working there. It would be beneficial to streamline this process. It seems unorganized, nothing is documented, and no notes were taken during the process. In the end, it felt as if they flipped a coin to decide on making on offer or not.

Question 1
Most of it involved them talking with very few questions that should make a difference or not in the hiring of a car salesman. Basically what you would expect with car sales people. No listening - just talking.
