Question 1
How would you ensure you’d be a success at this company
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jobwise (Stockport) in Nov 2025
Interview
Received a call. Attended the interview the next week. It was quick and simple.
Not bad but not great. It was a trainee role I applied for so you assume that you don't need exp beforehand. I had exp, but no billings.
She said "so you want us to pay you even though you haven't billed before". As it was a trainee role, I think this is unfair as most applicants wouldn't have billed nor had any exp. If it was for a mid level role, then I'd get it.
I was rejected at the end of the interview. This is good because it's quick.
There was also feedback at the end via email. Also good. The feedback may contradict what other HR managers say so take it with a grain of salt.
