Interview
There was a general interview not specifically for any jobs. What we did basically is to work in a team and build a tower. After that we get interviewed individually. Questions asking about your leadership qualities are included.

Tell me about yourself and what have you done before
The process was friendly and lovely with a lot of cooperative games. Everyone is involved to cooperate and get to know each other. The employees were nice patient and helpful.
Very informal process of visiting the office, and a recruiter checking documents and showing you how to use the PARiM app. Recruiter asked about what previous hospitality experience I had, and what sort of role I would be interested in.
