The interview process for jimmy johns in Ferndale MI was actually pretty easy. I am used to jobs in the medical field (EMT and NA) so I showed up wearing general interview attire required for those jobs. (Suit, tie or dress shirt and pants) I was told I was over dressed. The interview questions were basic as well .
Thorough and friendly interview process, although you won't get the job if you can't give the same exact hours every single week. They ask basic questions and seek to find if you're able to work consistently as well as if you're not a psychopath. My experience in an interview was very professional and friendly

Interview composed of two steps: An over-the-phone interview and an in-person interview. Both were incredibly simple and asked basic interview questions such as "why do you want to work for us?".

They did not do too much of an interview. They had the basic questions they would ask, and do a background check. As long as you pass the background check then you will get hired.
