Rigorous interview, very technical. Regular process of phone calls, references and then on-site. Small company, so no HR. Seemed to be concerned that no one would have background company seeks and need training. Not very clear on answers to some questions. Lots of one-one interviews, mostly technical questions. They all seemed very knowledgable but rather opinionated on many topics.

Interview
Standard phone call screening by President. Then on site interview with presentation. All technical discussions and questions regarding bulk solids. Mixture of chemical and mechanical engineers in the audience. No HR in the company, just one controller as it is a small company.

Nothing unexpected on the technical side. They expect you to be very passionate about bulk solids, else they don't want you here. Very polite people and accommodating.
