We agreed to a "Zoom" interview via email. I assumed the interview would be on Zoom but that was too much to assume. I unexpectedly received a link to Microsoft Teams and I wasn't familiar with the program and I hadn't agreed to use it, etc. I downloaded the program before the interview but it doesn't work well with Macs and it didn't work well during the interview. I ended up having the interview via phone but the experience was really poor and I think it reflected poorly on the law firm to agree to Zoom interviews and then send Microsoft Team links to applicants.
