Interview
Started at a hiring fair, had 2 interviews including a facilities tour. a few weeks later had a call back for on-site interview. consisted of 3 additional interviews that day: one with HR, then one with the engineering department manager, then one with the engineering team lead. Content focussed on elaborating on previous experience, why I left my previous role, and getting to know one another for work culture fitness. I went in with a positive attitude and had great conversation, much more back-and-forth than intensive technical questions.
