Interview
Initial phone screening discussing background, availability, communication skills, and interest in the role, followed by behavioral STAR-style questions focused on teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, organization, and customer-service-oriented situations. Just be prepared to answer basic star method questions, and it should be straightforward from there.

Tell me a little bit about your major and why you're interested in this role.
Simple over the phone interview. The recruiter was polite and it lasted roughly 20 minutes. I was told I'd be contacted if they chose to move forward. I received an email the next day stating I wasn't selected for further consideration.
I applied online. It was a smooth process. I applied early march. I heard back from the company by late march. It was a phone screen call with the recruiter.
