An interview by the hiring manager and that was it. For other candidates, a few people talk 30 minutes each to decide. It seemed too quick a hiring decision to some extent.

After I joined the firm I noticed depending on who conducted the interview it varied significantly. Some ask what appeared to be outright inappropriate questions, some ask too many technical questions no one can answer, and some ask almost no question and give a free pass to the job.
Four rounds, largely behavioral with a few situational / case-like questions as well. Took a long time to receive offer, but they wanted an answer very quickly upon providing it and also wanted me to start very quickly

It was normal, had an initial call with the recruiter for 30 minutes that vet my experience vs the job title. Then I had a follow up call with the hiring manager that lasted one hour very interested questions where asked. They did provide me with a no that very same day
