I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (New York, NY)
Interview
The hiring and interview process was very well organized. I applied on their website (rather than University Career Site), and was reached back out to within a month or two. Afterwards, we set up an call - pretty behavioral, at which, 2 days later, I was notified that I moved on to the Super Day the following week. The Super Day consisted of a networking event with the current Private Banking Analysts and other candidates and then two rounds of 30 minute 2:1 interviews. Heard back in 4 days with the offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All behavioral - only questions specific to JPMorgan were the economy (where should JPM look) and why JPM.
There were 3 questions and all the questions were behavioral-based. It was a HireVue interview. It was quick and gave a short intro video. The questions gave you once chance to redo the question and the second was automatically turned in.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2017
Interview
The interview process was formal, yet friendly and the interviewers were inviting and warm. They asked mostly fit questions, and a few technical. They wanted to know my story and why I wanted to do Private Banking, so make sure you have that down if you get an interview.

Question 1
What would you do if you find a mistake in a presentation that is set to be presented in 15 minutes?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (New York, NY) in Feb 2017
Interview
Two rounds - one phone screen and one super day. I was referred from school alumni who were working at J.P. Morgan and who helped me prepare for the interview. Recruiters coordinated the process, which culminated in a super day in New York. The super day consisted of two in person interviews with Director level individuals, who asked about the financial markets along with other typical "fit" based questions.
