I interviewed for 3 rounds, the first and second rounds happened very quickly but since my 3rd interview I haven’t got any updates, and it has bern over a month. Personally think it is not very professional without giving any updates when a candidate already made to the last round of interviews.
Besides there were two things I found it a bit weird in my experience: the HR person always reached out to me with calls, so lots of our conversations didn’t have written records. Also, in one of the rounds, they were pushing me to have the interview on Friday and said Monday will be “too late”, even they just called me on Wednesday. Overall I have the feelings it is not a usual company like others in Europe.
