I applied through other source. I interviewed at JCCS, P.C.
Interview
Was told I would be a good fit for a certain position and was scheduled for an interview. All very professional and timely on that front. Until the interview. The interviewer (also shareholder) said next to nothing to me, appearing to be extremely disinterested the entire time. The whole thing felt like a huge waste of my time. Interviewing for a position that I didn't even intended to apply for with someone who seemed extremely disinterested, all because someone somewhere within the business was convinced I was a good fit. I got off the call and immediately knew the position and business wasn't the right fit for me, and that was it!
Unique experience, people were kind and friendly overall though the process was at times drawn out and disjointed. There was an initial screener phone call with the HR Director (a very down to earth, colloquial speaker), interview with the CEO, who was nice if a bit odd, then additional interviews with the final round of candidates. Rather prolonged between each interview because of schedules.
