JCCA interview questions

The hiring process begins with an interview with Human Resources, followed by meetings with a group of supervisors. Next, candidates undergo drug and background checks, including fingerprinting. After these tests, they must complete a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) class and officially be hired upon passing it. The entire process typically takes about a month.

Over all ot was not complicated process. Not long interviews rounds. Very friendly and super open Human resource manager. Backgound check was required. Questions about education and questions about career plans.
