Applied on my own throught Linkedin. Interview consists of 2 technical rounds with salary Partner and Equity Partner. Prior to that, a short call with HR is conducted to see previous work experience.
Interview process was very smooth, just 2 rounds of interview & offer letter was initiated. In all, they took just 3 working days unlike other organizations who take more than a week just to review a profile and call the candidate.
It was quite rigorous and they asked lot of questions related to dispute procedures and ADR. They asked questions from my cv and also just generally where I have interned before and what all I have learnt from there. They asked why did I want to go ahead with disputes
