J-Labs Java Developer interview questions

HR interview (~30 min.) + Technical interview (~30 min.). HR: Questions about previous experience, future expectations, English language check (only one simple question) Technical: 3 question categories (General IT, Java, Frameworks). ~ 30 questions in total. -1 points for bad answer, 0 points for no answer, 1 point for good answer. Fraction points possible. Average from each category separately and average from all questions together are used as final score.
