The interview process did take about 3 weeks to a month which was kind of long, but once it happened the process was pretty smooth. Knowing the history of the college and the enrollment process was pretty important. The questions asked were pretty typical.

Typically a zoom interview and then one or two in person interviews. It's a long process and if you are not selected they rarely get back to you. It doesn't help following up with them.

First round was set up by HR department with four IT employees. Second round same set up plus a presentation on why you should choose Ivy Tech for secondary education.

The process was initiated about a month after I submitted the application with a 30 minute phone interview. The 2nd interview was in-person and occurred about another month after. I had to give a presentation on why a student would want to attend Ivy Tech, followed by a half hour of questions following my presentation.
