Received a quick response after I applied and had a great phone interview with the recruiter. I received a call back pretty quickly for an in person interview. The interview was extremely long having to meet with 5 people within an hour. I felt like I got asked the same questions everytime I had to interview with a different person. Everyone seemed very personable with exception of the hiring manager. Not very personable at all. After I thought was a good interview they told me I would hear back within a week to schedule a “job shadow” that they do during the interview process. The following week I received an email stating “ I wasn’t a good fit”. I was shocked since I met all the qualifications of this job. Good luck to whomever applies to this company as the position and others are STILL available and it’s been many many months which shows how picky they are and I am sure losing a lot of great candidates.
