I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ipsator (Bengaluru) in Jun 2026
Interview
I went through a multi-stage interview process consisting of two technical rounds followed by a managerial round. The first technical round focused on Flutter, Dart, state management, architecture patterns, and mobile development concepts. The second technical round was in-depth and lasted nearly two hours, covering advanced technical discussions, problem-solving, and project experience. The managerial round lasted approximately one hour and focused on previous work experience, team collaboration, and communication skills. The interviewers were professional and knowledgeable. However, after completing all rounds, I received a rejection email without any specific feedback regarding the decision.

I applied online. I interviewed at Ipsator (Bengaluru) in Apr 2026
Interview
I was invited for an on-site interview for senior UI UX Design Role which was initially scheduled for 1 hr round that day. However, shortly after my arrival, they decided to conduct 2 additional rounds, extending the interview process to 4 hours continuously. I arrived at their office at 4 PM, and my interview concluded at 8 PM.
Given my 3 YOE, I found it puzzling that they seemed to be seeking a senior designer, not even a mid-level one.
Their HR department informed me that they would provide a follow-up within 1 week. Despite a month passing, I have received no call or follow-up from HR. I even attempted to communicate with them, but I was completely ghosted.
I fail to understand the purpose of wasting 4 hours of my time for this On Site interview if they were simply going to disregard me without providing any feedback.
Overall, my experience was very negative. If you are a startup or an established company, this approach represents a highly unprofessional way to conduct your hiring process and reflect on your organization.
