Phone Screen, Teams/Zoom, then an in person interview that includes meeting many people within the organization. The in-person can be very detailed and is a great way to learn more about the organization.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at International Food Products in Jan 2024
Interview
Step 1 - Phone screen with HR
Step 2 - Phone interview with Hiring Manager
Step 3 - In-person on-site interview with Hiring Manager, another manager and HR.
It took a little over 2 weeks after the final round to hear back with a rejection. Most likely, I would've been ghosted after the last round based on the tone of the rejection email as they "appreciated my diligence" in following up about the role.

Interview was arranged by a recruiter. This was followed by another phone interview with a recruiter from the company. The interview lasted roughly twenty to thirty minutes. This was a standard phone interview.
