I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intensity (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Very frustrating interview process. The process was initiated by a LinkedIn recruiter but little information was given on what to expect for each round or how many rounds there would be (ended up being 3 rounds). Although the interviews seemed to go great, I was given no offer, and they refused to give any feedback.

Interview
After a few initial challenging assessments, I received a screening interview with one of the members. While this process had already taken a month, it was yet another month or two when I received a followup for a fly-out. People there were really nice, but questions were jumping from place to place, and some of them were not very clear on their objectives and what they looked for.

Interview
The interview process is very extensive, beginning with a preliminary Zoom call, as well as a skills assessment followed by an Excel assessment. The final interview day involves multiple interviews spanning several hours and a case study.
Thought out and really enjoyable. The only issue was the time between communications. Overall it was fun and challenging. Plus words plus words to get to 30 words 30 worst 30 words 30 words
