Interview
Very nice interviewers from the staff to the boss. It takes about 3-5 interviews in total. Everyone are willing to share their experience and challenges about working here. And you can feel that they are very passionate about what they do. Some of staff are taking the job serious as their own career. The boss is very nice and he speak right to the point when it comes to his industry experience and his expectation.

2 rounds of interview, 1st round is back to back interview including 30mins basic questions like background, behavior issues and another 30 mins for a case study. The 2nd is the 30 min case study and cultural fit

Interview
They ask you about your past experience, nothing uncommon. They don't really care about your major, so just throw out whatever you had. When I had the interview it was directly an onsite. Now they do phone screen first, then an in-person.
