I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Insight Global (Greenville, SC) in Feb 2020
Interview
Getting hired to work internally at Insight Global is ridiculous. A 4 step interview for a position that you get paid the same as a Dollar Tree employee? That's ridiculous. This should be a one-step, virtual interview. Stop expecting your interviewees to fly out when they are going to be making basically minimum wage when taxes are taken out.

Question 1
Personality questions, they want to make sure you're just an attractive, fun, cool person that will go to happy hour.
I applied online. I interviewed at Insight Global (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jun 2026
Interview
Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
