Informative and thorough. I had an initial phone interview with the recruiter and then his manager prior to going to a face to face interview with manager of the contracting company. I had a second face to face interview with the Director. I initially declined the position, however, I had a very good recruiter who followed through and I ended up accepting the position two weeks later.
