I recently completed a four-round interview process involving the Recruiter, Country Lead, global CS Lead, and the CRO. Every conversation was pleasant and genuine, and the leaders I met left a positive impression. As part of the process, I invested significant time into completing two case studies. Unfortunately, since concluding the final interview round, I have not received any further communication or an update on my status. While the leadership team seems exceptional, the lack of follow-up after requiring such a substantial time investment is disappointing! I hope Insider One improves its candidate experience by ensuring final communication for everyone who dedicates this level of effort.
