Infor Operations Manager interview questions

Prescreening ITW, test and around 2 more stages. The recruiter was condescending, highlighting my "lack" of core technical skills, while this was never mentioned in the requirements. I was offered to take a technical test but the recruiter was so rude in the initial call, that I discarded my application. On top of this the remuneration was below my current one, and the role appeared to be much less senior than advertised.
