The recruiter called me and asked basic personality and job questions. At the end she clearly stated the next steps. I didn't end up getting pushed through to the next round due to them not hiring in my state but she kept me in the loop with everything going on.

Interview
My first interview was on the phone, and then they had me come into the Blue Ash office. At that interview, I spoke to three people and talked about the role that I was applying, and they asked a lot of questions about my work history and why I thought I would be a good fit for the company. It was evident that their culture was crucial to them and I loved the core values I had found online, so I was intrigued.
I researched InfoTrust and asked many of my friends about the enterprise, so I was already impressed before my interview. My interview confirmed what I had learned, and I was excited to be asked to do a presentation for the final meeting.
