I was contacted by a recruiter for this position located in Costa Mesa. The recruiter did NOT give me a formal job description and gave me all the details over the phone. This was a mistake on my part as I should have required this. Their office is located close to South Coast Plaza in a very nice office building.
When I showed up, I sat down with the hiring manager and described to him my current position. He started off by asking me what I liked about my current position. I gave a response, but he basically stopped the interview as he was looking for someone who had a passion for sales and extensive experience in this area. They reviewed my resume, so I was expecting them to understand my background, but also grateful that he didn't waste my time. Overall, I was somewhat neutral on the experience, since I should have been more skeptical from the beginning.
