I was interviewed by the Founder and the Director. I was asked a series of standard questions and was asked to tell them about myself and why I thought I would be a fit for the role. I was offered very thorough details about the position, culture, and environment so that I could determine if it was a good fit for me. Overall, a very comfortable interviewing experience. My butterflies went away after the first few seconds of the meeting.
