I submitted my online application and got an email back from the team telling me to schedule an interview with them. I confirmed the appointment time with the team and never got a call at the scheduled time. I followed up with them after but never heard back. This speaks to the overall character, culture and attitude that this company has towards not only their own work but also towards other people in general. Disrespectful and just unprofessional.

Appian Technology Consultant - Remote
Two rounds in total, one technical (first) round and one culture evaluation round. Both are 30-minute (scheduled) shorter meetings, each with two interviewers.
I did not pass the culture round. Some recruiters later told me that they are very specific about whom they are looking for. I suppose that they have a rather strict filter on value alignments, hence the term "culture evaluation" instead of "behavioral".
