Simple process, firstly telephone interview then face to face interview to include New Business Sales Plan. Was offered a job then found out they had apparently advertised the package & basic incorrectly, amateur mistake by HR not to have checked this. Then they also tried to weirdly force me to accepet the role without reviewing any formal paperwork particualry as they have an unusual commision structure. Felt really uncomfortabltle with this as wouldn't expect a customer to buy a product without recieving a formal quotation. HR clearly don't know how to do things in a profesional manner therfore be careful with this company particurarly as they set targets at around 300k gp & I heard the last New sales guys didn't even hit 200K.
